This website is an author portfolio featuring publications, essays and writing in progress. It does not offer online checkout, user accounts, a newsletter subscription or a contact form.
Email enquiries
If you contact me by email, your email address, name if supplied, message and any attachments are received in my Gmail mailbox. I use this correspondence to respond to your enquiry about my texts, publications or a possible professional collaboration. Providing information is voluntary; without suitable contact details and information about your request, I may be unable to respond. Please send only the information needed for an initial conversation; arrangements for confidential manuscripts or sensitive material can be agreed separately.
Email service and international processing
Email is handled using Google’s Gmail service. Google processes message content and technical information to provide its services and operates infrastructure in multiple countries, so processing can take place outside Uruguay. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Website hosting
The site is published through OpenAI Sites. Delivering a page requires technical connection information such as your IP address and browser request to reach the hosting infrastructure. The platform may process technical information for delivery and security. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for information about the platform’s data practices. Platform-specific retention periods and international processing arrangements are still being clarified.
Language preference and external links
The website code stores your selected language (English or German) in your browser under the local-storage key “ink-language”. This preference has no expiry set by the site and can be removed through your browser’s site-data settings. It is not sent to me by the website code. No advertising pixels or visitor-analytics scripts have been added to the site code. Publication references are ordinary links, not embedded content; following them takes you to the respective provider, whose privacy information applies there. This description does not constitute a verification of all storage or logging performed by the hosting platform.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address the request, subject to applicable record-keeping duties. You can contact me at the email address above to request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your personal data under applicable law. Uruguay’s data-protection authority is the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP), which provides information and receives complaints.
